C-Clamps for hackle use one tabletop or other furniture. This clamp allows the hackles and combs to be fastened to any surface. The clamp has a 1 and 3/4-inch space to accommodate most table thicknesses. The clamp has a specialized peg matching the hole diameter of our hackles and combs. This is a set, and you will receive two clamps. *INSTRUCTIONS* remove the rubber grips from the none stick backing and place one rubber grip on each of the self-adjusting plates located at the end of the screw. place the remaining two rubber grips on the underside of the hackle; one on each end. Insert the peg into the corresponding hole of the Hackel, then fit the clamp and hackle onto the table surface. Gently tighten the knobs until the hackel is secure enough to resist a light tug on the hackle. *do not over-tighten* It is recommended to use a small cloth or other insulating material between the table surface and your hackle to reduce any signs of wear.
